ADI PRO 0E-SRFMTOD2W

The ADI PRO 0E-SRFMTOD2W is a 2-Wire overhead garage door sensor. It is a normally-open surface-mounted contact. It is tamper proof with 24" of armored wiring. The 0E-SRFMTOD2W has a closed gap spacing of 2.65". It provides a dust and waterproof sensor for your overhead door.

The ADI PRO 0E-SRFMTOD2W is ideal for overhead garage doors. They are suitable for residential and/or commercial overhead doors. The 0E-SRFMTOD2W has a forgiving departure gap of 2.7 inches (69mm) and a closed gap of 2.65 inches (67mm). This allows for a lot of wiggle room between the sensor and the overhead door. The sensor gets mounted on the floor and the magnet installs on the overhead door. As most floors will be concrete, the 0E-SRFMTOD2W will require drilling into the concrete floor close to where the garage door closes. The sensor secures to the floor with two mounting holes. The magnet comes connected to an L bracket with multiple holes, which gives many options for mounting to the door.

ADI PRO has a complete lineup of overhead door sensors. Besides the 0E-SRFMTOD2W, they have a 0E-SRFMTOD3W, which is a 3-wire version. The 0E-SRFMTOD3W has an optional normally-open or normally-closed configuration. ADI PRO also makes a 0E-SRFMTMG2W (2-wire) and a 0E-SRFMTMG3W (3-wire). These two (2) are ideal for mounting to a door jamb or a wall. To complete the lineup they make the 0E-TRKMTOD, which is a track-mounted overhead garage door sensor.

The ADI PRO 0E-SRFMTOD2W's ingress rating of IP66 allows for installation flexibility. The first six (6) in IP66 means it is completely dust-proof. The second six (6) indicates it's protected from high pressure water jets from any direction. The 0E-SRFMTOD2W is solid and durable. Its rounded top design allows wheels to roll right over it.

Use the ADI PRO 0E-SRFMTOD2W in any hardwired system that accepts normally-open contacts or uses an End-of-Line Resistor (EOLR). When wiring the EOLR, be sure to wire it in a parallel configuration. The hardwired leads can also wire to a hardwired to wireless converter that accepts a normally-open contact.
