Total Connect 2.0: Syncing Vista Panel via iOS

[AUDIO LOGO] As you may know, VISTA control panels do not automatically sync with Total Connect. Therefore, if you need to sync zones and devices with Total Connect, it will need to be initiated manually. This can be performed by the user in Total Connect. After logging into Total Connect, tap more in the lower right corner. Next, select My Location and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Now, tap sync panel. Go to the activities list to confirm that the panel and automation have synced successfully. The sync time will vary depending upon how many zones and devices are in your system. It is not necessary to wait for the sync to complete. You may close the app and return to use it when needed.
