INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
The 2GIG 319/345 MHz Receiver is designed to be installed into the 2GIG
Control Panel. This Receiver is a dual frequency device, enabling
communication between the Control Panel and peripheral devices that
use either the 319 or the 345 MHz frequency.
TIP: To supervise peripheral devices using the 319 and 345 MHz
frequencies, install this Receiver Module into the Control Panel.
IMPORTANT: This 319/345 MHz Receiver excludes the use of the
2GIG‐TS1 Wireless Keypad!
What you’ll need
• 319/345 Receiver Module
• 319/345 Antenna
BEFORE
INSTALLING
1 Disconnect the power from the Control Panel.
1a Un‐plug the AC Power Supply.
1b Open the Control Panel.
1c Disconnect the backup battery.
2 To disconnect the 900 MHz Transceiver Module inside the Control
Panel, pull straight up. If you don’t pull the module straight up, there
is a danger of breaking either the 3‐pin or 5‐pin connectors.
TIP: The module is located behind the Home Button on the main
circuit panel.
INSTALLING THE 319/345 RECEIVER
MODULE
1 Align the 319/345 MHz Receiver to the 3‐Pin Connector.
2 While maintaining previous alignment with the 3‐pin connector, align
the 319/345 Receiver to the 5‐pin Connector.
3 Press down on the foam pressure pad to seat the receiver.
4 After the receiver is properly seated, hold
the receiver in place (in the control panel)
while inserting the antenna plug fully into
the 319/345 MHz Receiver antenna mating
connector.
Mounting the Antenna
1 Untie the wire tie from the antenna.
2 Thread the antenna through the back of the
Control Panel into the wall (where it can
hang extended).
3 Reconnect the battery.
4 Close the Control Panel.
5 Plug in the AC Power Supply.
