Alarm.com ADC-VDB780B - Wireless Video Doorbell - Create Low Battery Notification

Create Low Battery and Depleted Battery notifications for the ADC-
VDB780B
Customers can receive notifications when the Alarm.com Wireless Video Doorbell (ADC-VDB780B)'s battery is low or
completely depleted.
Low Battery notifications
A Low Battery notification
can be sent when the ADC-VDB780B
battery level
reaches
20% and 10%.
Note
: This
notification
is
enabled by default.
Create/edit Low Battery notifications
A Low Battery notification
can be created using the
Customer Website and
Customer app.
Expand all
To create/edit Low Battery notifications using the
Customer Website:
1.
Log into the
Customer Website.
2.
Click
Notifications
.
3.
Click
New Notification
, or click
to edit an
existing notification.
4.
Click
Low B
attery (Video) Notification
.
5.
Enter the desired name for the notification.
6.
Select the ADC-VDB770B.
7.
In
Recipients
, click
Add
to select which contacts receive the notification.
8.
In the
Address Book,
click to select the recipients to notify, or click
New Contact
to add a new
Address
Book
recipient.
9.
Click
Close
.
10.
Click
Save
.
To create/edit Low Battery notifications using the
Customer app:
