Scheduling Proximity Tags STEP 1 – Enrolling Prox Tags Prox Tags must be enrolled in the system and assigned a user #. If this has been done proceed to Step 2. Add Prox Tags with following command: System/Partition Master code + [8] + user no. + Tag’s 4 digit code(or swipe tag) A single beep should be heard afterwards acknowledging the acceptance. STEP 2 – Assign user/Tag to a Group In order to assign a user to a schedule, the user number has to be assigned to an “access group”. You can have up to 8 Groups with different Schedules. Multiple users can be assigned to a single group. Assign the user number to a group by the following command. System/Partition Master Code + [8] + [user no.] + [#] [2] + group (1-8). A single beep should be heard afterwards acknowledging the acceptance. STEP 3 – Create an Access Schedule for a Group Schedules can now be created to allow the access group(s) to work only during the scheduled times. NOTE: Scheduling mode will exit automatically if no buttons are pressed for 30 seconds. 1. Type in the following command to enter Scheduling mode. System\Partition Master code + # + 64

2. Enter a 2-digit schedule number from 01-16. Press [*] to continue.

3. Enter 02 to set an access schedule for the desired access group. It will then display “User Access”. Press [*] to continue.

4. Enter the access group number (1-8) that will be scheduled. Press [*] to continue.

5. Enter the time the Tag’s should Start working, and the days of week. Hour = 00-12 Minute = 00-59 AM = 0; PM = 1 Days = Position the cursor under the desired days using the [*] key to move forward, and then press “1” to select the desired day(s). To move the cursor to the left, in case of a mistake, press the [#] key. Press [*] to continue

6. Enter the time the Tag’s should Stop working, and the days of week. 7. Enter the desired repeat option. 0 = no repeat 1 = repeat schedule weekly 2 = repeat schedule biweekly (every other week) 3 = repeat schedule every third week 4 = repeat schedule every fourth week e.g., To make a schedule happen everyday, you would select all days with a repeat count of 1. To make a schedule that runs for one week then stops, select everyday with a repeat count of 0.

8. Hit the [*] key. This will take you to the next schedule prompt.

9. Hit 00 to exit scheduling mode or repeat steps 1-8 to program another schedule for another group, or additional schedules for the same group.
