Tuxedo

wc
gives the user the ability to add
pictures and videos to the home
screen and lets user

customize it to their own pr
eferences, or dealers can add
their
company l
ogo
.
This document will
cover the type of file format
and media storage
device required to import pictures and videos
.
Supported Video and Audio formats
Supported

SD/SDHC devices
Micro SD/SDHC max size is
32
GB and must be FAT32
file system format

1.
Using the specified
device and format
requirements
listed above
place the
picture
(s)
/vide
o
(s)
on the Micro
SD/SDHC
using a pc.
Once the
picture(s)/video(s) have been
loaded onto the Micro SD/SDHC
,
place the
Micro
SD/SDHC into the side slot of the
T
uxedo
/WC as shown below.

From the
T
uxedo
w
/
wc
home screen select the mulimedia icon
.
Picture(s)
loaded on the Micro SD/SDHC will be
displayed
allowing
for
use as a
slide show
or
as default wallpaper.
Note: Wallpaper
can
not be selected
when the
T
uxedo
w
/
wc
Home
page
is in the
"Security Mode"
. The
T
uxedo
w
/
wc
will need to
need to have the Homepage in
the "Legacy Mode". Once the Wallpaper is set
,
then
the
T
uxedo
W/WC can
have
the Homepage set back to "Security Mode".
To change the Homepage
between the
"
Security Mode
"
and
"
Legacy Mode
"

press the
Setup Button, System Setup, CS Setup,
ECP Addre
s

&
Options

For video pl
ayback,
with the Micro SD/SDHC
inserted into the
T
uxedo
w
/
wc
f
rom
the
T
uxedo
w
/
wc
home screen select the mulimedia icon
.
Video(s) loaded
on the Micro SD/SDHC will be displayed allowing playback.

If the following message is displayed
on the
T
uxedo
w
/
w
c
screen "
Can't play this
video"
during video playback
. This is most like
ly due to an unsupported
video/audio format.

list of
supported formats.

One suggestion is to review the
properties of the file that is trying to be
loaded
.
In
the example below there is an audio file
in
the video using the AAC format. AAC
(Advanced Audio Coding) format is not supported.

Third party applications such as
"VLC Media Player" may be used to remove
the
audio or convert to a
supported format.
The following steps will define how to
modify an existing video file using VLC media p
layer.

From the top menu, select "Media", Convert/Save
,
then
in
the secondary window
select "
+
ADD" and browse to the file that needs to be converted.

Once the file t
hat needs to be converted is chosen,
select Convert/Save

A
destination file path needs to be selected to determine where to save the
converted file.

Select the
tools icon to modify video/a
udio of
the file
that will be converted.

Set the Encaps
ulation to MP4/MOV.

From the Video codec tab,
"
select
video"
then select "MPEG
-
4" form the codec
list.

If audio is to be used, then select
the Audio codec tab and choose a compatible
audio
format such as MP3.
Once all p
arameters are selected press, "Create"
,
then start to convert
the chosen file.
