Qolsys IQ Panel Battery Replacement Guide

IQ PANEL BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Remove retaining screw and back plate from the
panel, then unplug the battery.
Remove the battery retaining clip and screw.
Use a finger or thumb and pull up firmly on the
battery to remove.
Do NOT use a screwdriver or anything sharp that could
puncture the battery.
Do NOT pull on the battery cable to try and remove battery.
Place new battery into the battery slot (bottom
first) pushing down into place.
To ensure easier
battery replacement in the future, do NOT use
adhesive tape
. Screw down retaining bracket, plug
in battery and replace panel back plate.
STEP 1: DISCONNECT BATTERY
STEP 2: REMOVE RETAINING CLIP
STEP 3: REMOVE OLD BATTERY
STEP 4: INSTALL NEW BATTERY
Replacing the IQ Panel’s standard Li-Ion battery is easy. Please
follow the steps outlined below.
