Dear Valued Customer,

Resideo has released new cellular module firmware v
ersion 20.00.549.1 and AppZone firmware version
HW.00.1-25 specifically designed to enhance cellula
r connectivity on specific AT&T compatible radios.
This update addresses previous minor cellular conne
ctivity issues and provides for a more reliable
connection to AlarmNet. Resideo will be conducting
a bulk push by over the air update the week of
February 24, 2025. These updates can also be automa
tically applied upon new registration or can be
initiated onsite by pushing the test button.
