Dear Valued Customer,

Resideo Technologies, Inc. ("Resideo") has identifi
ed a firmware issue on the IPCAM-WOC2 TC Series
2MP HD WiFi Outdoor Camera that prevents new, previ
ously unregistered products from registering
in the Total Connect 2.0 / AlarmNet environment. We
have therefore made the decision to stop sales
of the product, effective immediately.
This issue does not impact devices which are curren
tly registered, and in use.
Resideo has identified a resolution, and new produc
t is available in our warehouse. Dealers that
currently have new, unregistered product may return
it to the distributor, from which they purchased
it, for exchange or credit.
