Resideo Technologies would like to bring your atten
tion to a potential issue identified with the 5800M
INI
and 5800MINIBR Wireless Contacts. This issue does n
ot affect the device performance to provide
detection and is not a life safety issue. Resideo h
as seen a small percentage of field reports indicat
ing
reduced range due to a metallic FCC label on the in
side of the product cover.
The impacted SKUs are 5800MINI and 5800MINBR with t
he following date codes:
5800MINI: 2429 and 2431
5800MINIBR: 2429 and 2431
Additional identifier: The carton will indicate Mad
e in Taiwan
If you experience reduced range on a 5800MINI pleas
e return the device to ADI for a replacement
product.
