2GIG GC2 Verizon-CDMA 3-1 Kit

The 2GIG GC2 Verizon-CDMA 3-1 Kit provides an ideal setup for smaller homes and apartments. Inside the kit, there is a brand-new 2GIG Go!Control GC2 System, 3 door and window sensors, a morion detector, a Verizon CDMA Cellular Communicator and a Honeywell LT-Cable for providing power.

Apartments and smaller homes will get by just fine with a simple setup of three contacts and an interior motion. This way, they can monitor the primary entrances of their home, plus a central room for any interior movement. However, larger homes and businesses will typically require a setup with a larger number of sensors. Remember though, additional sensors can always be added later if needed. But this GC2 Kit is specifically designed with smaller properties in mind.

As a system, the 2GIG GC2 supports up to 64 user codes and 60 wireless zones for 2GIG and Honeywell 345 MHz devices. If a user ever moves to a larger location, they can easily bring their GC2 System with them and add new sensors as needed. And with an optional desk stand, there is no need to mount the device. Instead, it can be easily rested on any desk or sturdy table. The 2GIG Go!Control also includes an integrated Z-Wave controller for operating Z-Wave smart home devices. Up to 232 Z-Wave devices can be paired with the GC2 System.

The Verizon CDMA communicator adds great functionality to the GC2 System. With this module, the panel can connect with Alarm.com. This service provides a user with greater control over their alarm system. A user can access this service at any time to arm or disarm their system, check the current status of sensors, operate Z-Wave devices and more. The service can be accessed from a web browser or remotely by using the Alarm.com Mobile App on an Android or iOS device.
