2GIG LAN-GC3

The 2GIG LAN-GC3 is an ethernet adapter for the 2GIG GC3 wireless alarm system. The GC3 panel comes equipped with an integrated WIFI module. However the LAN-GC3 is great for situations where WIFI is unreliable. It offers a physical hard wired internet connection. By adding this module to the GC3 you are essentially adding an RJ-45 connection so you can wire an ethernet connection to your router or network switch. The GC3 is a dual path (internet and cellular) alarm system. However you will still need a compatible cellular communicator like the LTEV-A-GC3 to enroll in the Alarm.com service. In other words, Alarm.com does not support internet only service which means when enrolling in alarm monitoring service you must choose a service that includes cellular data.

Alarm.com provides an interactive app where you can customize a wide range of notifications and offers robust remote access to your alarm system to control anything from arming/disarm the alarm to triggering automated rules for lighting and climate control.
