This kit includes the IQ4 Hub 319.5 MHz Security System with an integrated Verizon LTE Cellular Communicator, three (3) VERSA-GE Door/Window Contacts, and one (1) Qolsys IQ Motion-S Encrypted Motion Detector. With three (3) door/window contacts and a motion sensor, it's a great starter kit for any small home or apartment.

The Qolsys IQ4 Hub is a feature-packed security panel and automation controller. It features dual-band WIFI, a 7" Color Touchscreen, support for up to four (4) partitions, the live streaming of Alarm.com video cameras to the panel, including Live Answer for the video doorbell, Z-Wave Plus 800 Series controller, and much more.

Qolsys considers the IQ4 Hub a mid-tier, cost-effective alternative to the IQ Panel 4. What has the Qolsys IQ Panel 4 got that the IQ Hub doesn't? On the IQ4 Hub, they have removed the manually adjustable 8 MP front-facing camera, 3 speakers, 2 microphones, and the ability to support two (2) different wireless sensor frequencies on the same panel.

This kit includes three (3) VERSA-GE window or door sensors and one (1) Qolsys IQ Motion-S. The VERSA-GE door or window sensors are a good option when a small, unobtrusive sensor is important. These sensors measure a mere 2.2 inches long by 1 inch wide. The IQ Motion-S is smaller sized as well, measuring 3.4 inches long by 2.4 inches wide. It includes 40lb pet immunity and a tamper switch that will alert you if someone tries to open the sensor to disable it.
