How easy was installing your system?

My house had Honeywell Tuxedo Touch keypad with Vista 15p control panel pre-installed from previous owner. Alarm Grid Team helped me to understand the installation and add the iGSMV4G dual-path communicator to complete the installation. The installation was done with help from tech over the phone. The technician was very knowledgeable and walked me through each step with patience.
