I was looking for a DIY alarm system company that would help me with my existing Vista20p alarm system. I was paying monthly monitoring but wasn't getting much out of it. I wanted to be able to use my iPhone to manage my alarm when I was away and felt that my existing system needed a face lift. My existing alarm monitoring company wasn't very helpful yet very expensive.

Even better, a few months after my new install I had a problem with an older glass break that I didn't even purchase from them. Their support assisted me in getting my alarm system back online without the standard $100 service call that my former provider would have charged me.
