Now because this is a wireless relay, there is no connection to the Control Panel. So you may be wondering, how does the relay know to turn on? That's done with a House I.D. Code. So we have our L. We actually have all three panels, an L5100, an L5200 and an L7000. We're gonna show you all three.
So on the L5100, to set a House I.D. code, you need to enter Programming Mode. So you hit More from the Home Screen and then Tools. You enter your Installer Code which is default 4112. Now we're into the Program Screen. We hit Program, okay? And the House I.D. Code is set from the System Type.
When you click System Type, you'll see RF House Code. Now we're set to seven as we stand here. We're gonna leave it there. But you could change this. So you could clear it. The House I.D. is any number from 01 to 31. So if you wanted the seven, you click Done and Save and you come back out to the Home Screen, okay? Now the panel's ready. So this panel, wireless to the Relay Module.
