How to Install a Honeywell 5800ZBRIDGE

Congratulations on your selection of a Honeywell Security System. Now that you’ve made the importand ecition to protect your home and family, we’re going to take just a few minutes to demonstrate how to operate the basic featres of your new system. Your security professional has installed sensors on several windows and doors.They detect an entry intoy your home. And as a second line of defense, motion sensors are positioned to detect movement inside the hosue. You may also have smoke detectors for help in the event of a fire emergency. If a fire or an event is detected a siren sounds and the message is sent to the central station. At the central station trianed professionals are on duty 24 hours a day seven days a week. They will notify the police, fire department, or the appropriate authority so the help you need will be on the way. You have complete control of your security system from the keypad. There are different keypad styles available. We’ll be demonstrating the custom English display where the location and type of event are identified by name. We’ll also be demonstrating the fixed word display which will be shown in the bottom left corner of the screen. In the fixed word display a number represents a zone. For example, if your installer programmed a window as zone six and this window were opened, your keypad would show 06 in the display.
