Wholesale Business Alarm Monitoring w: Alarm Grid

hey Dr Juarez don't here with alarmgrid today we're going over wholesale alarm monitoring essentially what this is it's when the customer has multiple locations under the same monitoring account now this could be residents residential this could be more than likely businesses usually small businesses but pretty much the whole idea is that with either token or alarm com you can have multiple locations set up under one account so for example Total Connect we have a couple customers not to name names of course but I have a couple businesses out of national Inc small businesses across the United States and to manage all those locations we have them all under one Total Connect account so that customer if he wants he can log into his Total Connect he can go to his locations tab and view the amount of locations that he has their Total Connect allows over 20 some-odd locations to be added I'm not sure the exact number we do have more information on that on our website alarm grid comm but it's definitely well over 20 for sure about that but pretty much with that the locations are set up very easy you'll go into locations tab if you ever use Total Connect you would see that on there you can scroll through each location edit the options at the master code you can view notifications fruits location set those up set up users user codes use your accounts so on and so forth and of course remotely armed and disarmed each location now the plus side of this is that you don't have to remember a login for each different location you have one login and most you have to do is just remember what location you want to work on very easy especially if like mentioned for small businesses each location could just be the business name and like the city that it's in so very easy to go through now residential systems will have this as well it is an option to do multiple accounts under multiple locations under one Total Connect account this was a long calm obviously that kind of differs because not many people are gonna have such a high amount of houses that they're gonna want to monitor there are those cases obviously usually what we've seen is small businesses do this the most now depending on your alarm company sometimes they we'll have a different way of how they want you to set up these locations some can offer offer referral bonuses basically as incentive for each in location some if you are working with an installer would have someone go out on-site for DIY companies such as us for an example we have a customer who has the businesses across the United States has mentioned he'll basically have installers at each location so when the location is set up the activation call was scheduled he has someone on-site he's kind of our main point of contact we go through him contact them and then get those systems set up now that customer he has the ease of access of just going through all those locations on this Total Connect account very easy to see them they're all listening - very easy to read locations lists and as mentioned the names on it helped a lot four-alarm comm it's very similar as well you can have multiple locations multiple accounts set up under one user code what user login view the locations remotely armed and disarmed set up notifications very easy very similar to how it is with Total Connect now a big plus for this as mention is that you're not remembering different logins but another big plus is that no matter what happens you know that you're gonna get notifications for each location you don't have to consistently worry and check in on each location if they're all under the same Total Connect account if location Z has an alarm you're getting alert if location B has an alarm you're getting alert doesn't really matter if you're looking at it or not they're all gonna come through depending on how you have set up the notifications as well you can set up permissions for each location you can set up users for each location you can have one user be a master user for a location while they're only a simple secondary user for another talk to you for more information about monitoring beat either small just couple houses or larger scale small businesses multiple locations on Total Connect feel free to check out our website wwlp.com we do have monitoring plans on there as well if you're interested and if you did like this video please like and subscribe and hit the bell icon if you want to be notified more content we released in the future thank you very much and have a good day
