Choose from our three different plans: Self-monitoring, Basic Monitoring and Monitoring Plus+ options. We offer free, professional installation and programming support all the way from product procurement (Yes, gear can be purchased elsewhere) through activation and continuing through future maintenance. This model is designed for you! 

The self-monitoring option offers access to the robust Total Connect 2.0 application. Through the app, you will be able to customize text and email alerts triggered by arming, alarms, troubles, power loss, low batteries, etc. You can also remotely view status, a signal history log, and most importantly issue arming commands from anywhere in the world! You can setup as many emails and phone numbers as you would like. This is a great tool for businesses that would like to remotely manage user codes and keep on eye on the daily arming of their establishments security system. We offer this service for $10 per month**. 

The basic monitoring plan is the traditional 24-hour Central Station monitoring service. We have partnered with Criticom Monitoring Services (CMS) in order to offer our customers the highest level of professional monitoring. They have been UL listed since 1978 and offer 3 load-balanced central station locations: California, Florida and New Jersey. CMS will monitor your burglary, smoke/heat, CO, and flood sensors for a flat rate of $15 per month**. This means that when you're alarm goes off or a panic button is tripped the central will call and verify the alarm. If they are unable to get a hold of anyone they will dispatch the local authorities accordingly.

Lastly, our most popular plan is the Monitoring Plus+ plan. This option combines the Total Connect app and the central station monitoring to provide the best of both worlds. Get text and/or email alerts for the more granular things such as arming, troubles and power loss as well as police dispatching on alarms if you are not available to pick up your phone and verify the false alarm. This plan is offered for $20 per month**. In tandem with our excellent tech support this plan may be the best value in the industry!
