Honeywell Vista 21iP vs Vista 15P
Both the Vista 21iP and the Vista 15P are part of Honeywell’s Vista series and hardwired systems. Both the Vista 21iP and the Vista 15P are excellent choices and basically function the same either by on board components or adding equipment to provide the feature. The Vista iP and the Vista 15P are compatible with many Honeywell keypads such as; the 6150, 6150V, 6152, 6152RF, 6160, 6160RF, 6160V, 6162, 6162RF, 6162V, 6280, and the 6460. Honeywell IP Cameras can also be connected to both units. Both units will allow a user to control home automation when paired with a Tuxedo Touch Wifi or VAM. In order to control home automation and security remotely, a user would need to be connected to Total Connect 2.0. Connection to Total Connect 2.0 would require communication via internet or cell communication. A user would also be able to view video with Total Connect 2.0.
