How Do I Change the Font Type and Size for TC2 On My Android Device?

You can change font type and size for TC2 on your Android device by adjusting the font for the Android device itself. This is done within the main settings menu for your Android device. Doing this will adjust the font for both Total Connect 2.0 and your Android device as a whole.

The ability to change the font type and size for Total Connect 2.0 was introduced in the late April 2020 redesign for TC2. This update was applied to the TC2 platform itself, and users did not need to do take any action to apply the new look. And change to the font type and size is applied by adjusting the font type and size within the main settings for your Android device.

Once you adjust the font for your Android device, the change will also be noticeable from within TC2. Complete the following steps to adjust the font for TC2:

1. Access Android font settings. Go to the main settings menu for your Android device. Select Display, and then Font Size and Style. You will now be in the Android font settings menu.

2. Adjust the font settings. Adjust the size and style for your Android device. You can also choose to make all font bold. Please note that your screen may appear slightly different than the one shown below. But it should appear very similar. Return to the main menu for your Android device once you have finished. Any changes you made should be auto-saved. Remember that these changes will be applied to both the Android device as a whole, as well as the Total Connect 2.0 app.

3. Confirm the changes. Open the Total Connect 2.0 Mobile App, and login to you your account. Make sure the font changes were applied. You can see examples of the same screen but with different font types shown below.
