How Do I Change The Volume On A 2GIG GC3 Control Panel?
Users can change the volume of a 2GIG GC3 control panel by tapping the System Settings from the Home Screen. Enter the four digit Master User Code > tap the Sounds icon.
The Sounds icon will bring up the sound screen. The sound screen is where users can adjust the volume for the panel, a doorbell, the keypad and system annunciation.
Touch and hold down the dark circle in the slide bar for voice and chime. Move it to the right to increase the volume and to the left to decrease the volume.
When the desired volume has been reached, tap the “Return” arrow to save. This will also return the screen to the Home Screen.
The 2GIG GC3 has a 7 inch touchscreen which makes reading and using its icons very easy.
Pairing the 2GIG GC3 with a cellular communicator makes the system compatible with Alarm.com. 2GIG GC3 offers AT&T, 2GIG 3GA-A-GC3 , Verizon, 2GIG CDMAV-A-GC3, and Rogers for Canadian users, 2GIG 3GR-A-GC3.
Alarm.com allows users to control the alarm system, home automation and video survillance remotely from any computer or smart phone. Users will receive notifications via text message and or email on any alarm signal or event.
The 2GIG GC3 has an integrated Z-Wave module and supports up to 232 Z-Wave devices. Users can control thermostats, light switches, light bulbs, door locks, window blinds and water values.
