How Do I Set The Clock On My Honeywell Vista 128BPT?
The Honeywell Vista 128BPT control panel provides a real time clock feature. Only the installer and master codes can set the real time clock feature.
To set the real time clock, enter the installer code (factory default code is 4140) or the master code, followed by the pound (#) key and the numbers 63 (4140#63 without pausing between numbers). The display shows “Time/Date” 12:00 - “Mon” 04/03/15. To enter the correct time, press the star (*) key to move the cursor to the right and press the pound (#) key to move the cursor to the left. Enter the correct hour, the press the star (*) key to move to the minutes field. Enter the correct minutes then press the star (*) key to move to the AM/PM. Press any numbered key 0-9 to change AM to PM or PM to AM. Press the star (*) key to move the cursor to the month field position. Enter the month using a 2 digit number (example; 04 or 10). Press the star (*) key to move the cursor to the day field position. Enter the correct date using a 2 digit number (example, 03, 07). Press the star key (*) to move the cursor to the year field position. Enter the correct year using full 4 digits. The day (meaning Monday, Tuesday, etc) is automatically calculated based on the date entered. Press the star (*) key to exit the real time clock edit mode.
The real time clock feature must be set in order for the system’s event log to keep track of events by time and day. The time and date must also be set to execute scheduling programs and time driven events.
