How Do I Set Up A Hardwire Zone On Honeywell L7000?
The Honeywell Lynx Touch L7000 comes equipped with one EOLR supervised zone which supports both open and closed circuit devices. The Lynx Touch L7000 hardwire zone has a response time of 350msec and a maximum zone resistance of 300 ohms plus EOLR. The Lynx Touch L7000 hardwire zone cannot be used for a fire zone.
To set up the hardwire zone on the Lynx Touch L7000 connect the contact to the hardwire zone terminals GND (-) and HWZ1 (+). For closed circuit devices, connect in series in the high (+) side of the loop. The EOL resistor must be connected in series with the devices, following the last device. For open circuit devices, connect in parallel across the loop. The 2000-ohm must be connected across the loop at the last device.
