Will the Honeywell Lyric LKP500 voice annunciate zones?

No, Voice Chime is not a feature of the LKP500.

The LKP500 is a bi-directional, SIX Series, encrypted wireless keypad, which can be used on the Honeywell Lyric Controller, and any other panel that supports SIX Series devices. It has a 2 line, 32 character (2x16) alpha-numeric display which allows control of the security and panic features of the Lyric. The LKP500 has several settings which can be adjusted, including Chime, and Voice Volume. The Chime feature can be enabled or disabled per keypad, and the Voice Volume can be set to “Med”, “High”, or “Off”. Even though chime may be enabled, and voice is set to “Med” or “High”, and chime and voice may both be enabled on the Lyric panel, the LKP500 will only give the standard 3-tone chime, it will not speak the zone descriptor, when a zone is faulted which has chime enabled. The voice feature is used to announce armed status, and will do so whenever system status changes, or when status is requested by pressing the “Status” button.
