This kit includes a Qolsys IQ4 Hub 433 MHz with an integrated AT&T LTE cellular module, three (3) DSC EV-DW4975 Door/Window Contacts, and one (1) DSC WS4904P Motion. It includes enough sensors to be used as a starter kit. It can also be a good choice if you are replacing an existing panel that uses DSC 433 MHz sensors.

The IQ4 Hub is a feature-packed panel that is modeled after the IQ Panel 4, but with some of the less desired features removed. This allows the IQ4 Hub to be a cost-effective option if these features are not wanted or needed. The front-facing camera, support for dual RF capability, 3 of the 4 speakers, and 2 of the 3 microphones have been removed.

What this leaves you with is still an industry-leading alarm system with many modern features. With Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) support, the IQ4 Hub allows you the option to automatically disarm from Away Mode when your mobile phone is connected and comes within range. There is also support for dual-band WIFI. Users can view Alarm.com cameras, and use the Live Answer feature with Alarm.com doorbells, all from the panel's touchscreen.

This kit pairs the IQ4 Hub with three (3) DSC door/window contacts and (1) DSC motion. The EV-DW4975 door or window contact is very thin measuring 2 1/4"L X 1"W X .15/64"D. It uses a 3V Lithium battery with a life span of 5-8 years. The WS4904P is a passive infrared (PIR) motion with up to 60lb pet immunity when properly installed. It has a coverage area of up to 40' by 40' and uses a 3V Lithium battery that can last up to nine (9) years.

If you are replacing an existing panel that used DSC 433 MHz sensors, then this is a great kit for you, allowing you to expand on your existing sensors. It is also a good starter kit for a small home, office, or apartment.
