The sensor must be powered on when doing this. The panel will chime and display a message "Sensor ###### is requesting to be added to your list. Do you want to continue?" 3. Adjust the settings. At this point, you will need to adjust the settings for the sensor. These include Sensor DL ID, Sensor Type, Sensor Group, Sensor Name, Chime Type, Voice Prompts on or off, and Source. Some of this information, such as Source and Sensor DL ID, will be filled in automatically as part of the learn process. Go through the list and adjust the settings as needed. Click "Add New" at the bottom when finished. A message "Sensor Added Successfully" will be spoken. This will complete the process of adding the sensor to the system.

4. Exit programming. Press the picture of the house at the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen and save your changes. The system will acknowledge whenever the sensor has been activated, and it will perform the programmed response for the device if appropriate.
