How much does Alarm.com cost?
Most alarm owners prefer to setup central station monitoring plans for the added protection of emergency dispatching and insurance credits. Alarm Grid offers Alarm.com with dispatch and no contract for only $35/month with our Gold monitoring plan.
This service allows you to control your Alarm.com compatible security system from anywhere in the world where your phone can is online. Also the app has push notifications and the ability to configure text and email alerts for just about anything that occurs on your alarm. The Gold includes cellular data charges and unlimited remote access to all your Z-Wave lights, locks, and thermostats. There are also other third party integrations such as the Liftmaster MyQ garage door motor and Lutron lighting with the required interface modules. All of this with the added benefit of the peace of mind that comes from knowing that Alarm Grid will dispatch the police on your behalf if someone breaks in, endangering you, your family, and your property.
There is no limit to the number of zones we can monitor with this plan. Also, we offer a certificate of alarm to your insurance agent as proof that you are being monitored by a UL listed central station. Generally, this proof is required for any discount or credit on your insurance premium.
The 2GIG GC3 panel is the most sought after Alarm.com compatible system currently. The GC3 supports AT&T and Verizon radios in the US. The 3GA-A-GC3 and the CDMAV-A-GC3 are the only required equipment to enroll in Alarm.com service. Depending on which cellular carrier has better signal in your area you can purchase and install the appropriate communicator. If you are in Canada you can pickup the 3GR-A-GC3 which uses the Rogers network. After it is installed you can sign up for service with an Alarm.com dealer.
*Please note: Alarm.com requires cellular service for enrollment.
