The Qolsys IQ Hardwire 16 is a wired to wireless converter for the IQ Panel and IQ Panel 2. It supports up to 16 hardwired sensors so that they can be used with the system wirelessly. This can be convenient when upgrading from an older wired system. Buy the IQ Hardwire 16 from Alarm Grid.

Description

The Qolsys IQ Hardwire 16 allows hardwired normally open and normally closed sensors to be used with the Qolsys IQ Panel or IQ Panel 2. The wired sensors connect directly with the IQ Hardwire 16, and the module sends a wireless 319.5 MHz communication signal to the panel on their behalf.

Please note that life-safety sensors CANNOT be used with the IQ Hardwire 16. Since the module sends a 319.5 MHz signal, it can also be used with Interlogix/GE Systems with built-in wireless receivers.

Note: Qolsys sensors operate at 319.5 MHz. They will not work with the 345 MHz and the 433 MHz versions of the Qolsys IQ Panel 2 Plus. They are designed for the 319.5 MHz IQ Panel 2 Plus and other 319.5 MHz systems.
