Qolsys IQ Lock-PG

The Qolsys IQ Lock-PG is a PowerG door lock for the Qolsys Panels. It is compatible with the IQ Panel 4 and IQ Pro. It is also compatible with the Qolsys IQ4 NS (no screen), and the IQ4 Hub PowerG versions. Control access to the premises with the long-range PowerG signal. Replace your existing lock to get remote access locally or through the Alarm.com. The Qolsys IQ Lock comes with everything needed to do the swap. It is available in three (3) finishes. Matte Black, Satin Nickel, or Oil-Rubbed Bronze.

Qolsys has used the PowerG for years with their PowerG security sensors. PowerG boasts super long range and a high level of security encryption. The technology is one of, if not the very, best in the industry when it comes to range. Qolsys has now taken that same technology and used it in their home automation devices. This brings long range communication to devices such as these door locks, in-wall light switches, dimmers, and outlets, indoor plug-in modules, and outdoor plug-in modules. And if their range isn't already insane, all Qolsys PowerG automation devices are compatible with the DSC PG9920 repeater.

Most automation devices use Z-Wave, Zigbee, or Wi-Fi to communicate. This is the first of its kind to use PowerG, for automation devices, to communicate. If you have issues with range or are looking to add a device that is far away, this may be your solution. Adding PowerG's long range capabilities to an automation device expands the possibilities. This opens up those "other" buildings on your lot. Maybe a distant workshop, storage shed, or garage. Now, in addition to PowerG security devices, you can now add smart home automation to these buildings.

PowerG is only offered with the Qolsys panels. PowerG automation devices are only compatible with specific Qolsys panels. When using these IQ Panels you can add these the IQ Lock and open up many options.
