Qolsys IQ Panel 2 Plus 345 MHz Verizon-LTE 3-1 System Kit

The QOLSYS-IQP2-5208PK-VZ is a 3-1 system kit based around the 345 MHz Qolsys IQ Panel 2 Plus with Built-In Verizon LTE. It also includes three (3) VERSA-2GIG Door and Window Contacts and one (1) DSC PG9914 PowerG Motion Sensor. This is a great kit for smaller homes and apartments.

The Qolsys IQ Panel 2 Plus is a favorite of Alarm Grid for many reasons. We love its simple, straightforward menus that are easy for new users to navigate. The system also boasts a crisp, neat design that fits in nicely with pretty much any decor. It is controlled through a 7" full-color touchscreen that looks absolutely beautiful. With support for 128 wireless zones, you will have no problem expanding upon the system if needed. The system includes many nice features like Bluetooth disarming, partitioning, Z-Wave Plus, camera live-streaming and more.

We built this kit around the 345 MHz Version of the IQ2+. This system can support a variety of different 345 MHz sensors, including legacy Honeywell 5800 Sensors and the 2GIG 345 MHz Sensors. It can also support encrypted PowerG Sensors. With this kit, we bundled three (3) non-encrypted VERSA-2GIG Contact Sensors and one (1) encrypted PowerG Motion Sensor. All of these sensors can be easily auto-enrolled with the panel.

There is also a Verizon LTE Communicator built into the panel. This is used for connecting the system with Alarm.com for monitoring service. Alarm.com is an interactive security and automation platform that you can use to control your IQ Panel 2 Plus System from virtually anywhere using a web browser or mobile app. The system also includes integrated WIFI, making it dual-path ready right out of the box. But keep in mind you will need a compatible monitoring plan with cellular service to activate, such as a Gold or Platinum Plan from Alarm Grid.

Note: The IQ Panel 2 Plus supports up to 152 total Z-Wave devices for local Z-Wave control. There is also a smaller limit for different types of Z-Wave devices. The individual limit for each Z-Wave device type must be manually increased within Installer/Dealer Level Programming. Please also note that Alarm.com has its own smaller limit of 122 total Z-Wave devices for remote operation and use with smart scenes.
