Qolsys IQ Panel 2 Plus 345 MHz Verizon-LTE 10-1 System Kit

The QOLSYS-IQP2-5208PK10-VZ is a 10-1 system kit that is great for larger homes and small businesses. It includes a Qolsys IQ Panel 2 Plus System with Integrated Verizon LTE and 345 MHz Daughtercard, ten (10) VERSA-2GIG Door/Window Sensors, and one (1) PowerG PG9914 Motion Sensor.

There are many great aspects surrounding the Qolsys IQ Panel 2 Plus System. For one, it has easy to understand menus that are perfect for new users. Users also appreciate its sleek design and 7" touchscreen controller. As for functionality, the system supports up to 128 wireless zones, automatic Bluetooth disarming, partitioning, Z-Wave Plus capability, live-streaming for compatible Alarm.com cameras, and much more.

This is the 345 MHz version of the IQ Panel 2 Plus. That means this system can support legacy Honeywell 5800 Series Sensors and 2GIG 345 MHz Sensors. You can also use encrypted PowerG Sensors with this system. PowerG Sensors are capable of communicating from up to 2,000 feet away from the IQ Panel 2 Plus in open air, and they utilize 128-bit AES encryption for enhanced wireless security. We have bundled ten (10) non-encrypted VERSA-2GIG Contacts and one (1) PowerG Motion Sensor with this kit.

This IQ Panel 2 Plus also has a built-in Verizon LTE Communicator and a WIFI card. This makes the system dual-path ready right out of the box. In order to use this system for alarm monitoring, you will need a monitoring plan that includes cellular service and access to Alarm.com. Some examples of compatible monitoring plans are the Gold and Platinum Plans from Alarm Grid. Activating this system will also allow you to control it through the Alarm.com platform. This can be done through a web browser or remotely using the free Alarm.com Mobile App.

Note: The IQ Panel 2 Plus supports up to 152 total Z-Wave devices for local Z-Wave control. There is also a smaller limit for different types of Z-Wave devices. The individual limit for each Z-Wave device type must be manually increased within Installer/Dealer Level Programming.
