Can I Use A Resideo IPCAM-WOC2 with My PROA7PLUS Panel?
The Resideo IPCAM-WOC2 can be used with the Honeywell Home PROA7PLUS panel. Up to eight (8) of the Total Connect 2.0 compatible HD cameras can be enabled for local panel viewing. In addition, these cameras can also be viewed on the Honeywell Home PROWLTOUCH wireless touchscreen keypad.
A point of clarification before we continue. The Honeywell Home PROA7PLUS and the Resideo PROA7PLUSC are basically the same panel, with only a cosmetic difference. The name on the front of the panel is different. With one saying Honeywell Home, and one saying Resideo. That is the only difference. So, anything we say about one panel version, also applies to the other version. By the same token, there is also the Honeywell Home PROA7 and the Resideo PROA7C. These two panels are basically the same as well. For more information on the reasoning behind this branding, read here. Neither the PROA7, nor the PROA7C support local camera viewing.

Requirements for Local Camera Viewing on the PROA7PLUS or PROA7PLUSC:
- The PROA7PLUS or PROA7PLUSC panel needs to be on Firmware Version 3.591.92.0 or higher. Here, you can read the Release notes for that version.
- The panel must be connected to WIFI.
- The panel must be monitored with a Total Connect 2.0 account, and Video Service enabled. For Alarm Grid customers, this would require a Platinum Plan (Self or Full) or a Stand-alone Video Plan (added to another plan like our Self Bronze plan).
- The camera must first be setup on the WIFI network, and connected to the customer's TC2 account.
- The camera must have the "Display on Panel" option enabled via Total Connect 2.0.
- If "Privacy on Disarm" is enabled for the camera through TC2, it will not be viewable on the PROA7PLUS/PROA7PLUSC or Honeywell Home PROWLTOUCH or Resideo PROWLTOUCHC Keypad while the panel is disarmed. Basically, if you can't view the camera feed in TC2, you won't be able to see it on the panel.
- Total Connect 2.0 can support up to 8 HD cameras, and up to 5 Skybell Video Doorbells. Up to 8 total of these devices can be streamed to the panel. So, if you had all 8 HD Cameras in use, and all 5 Skybell doorbells enabled, then only a select 8 of those devices can be enabled for streaming to the panel or touchscreen keypad at any given time, and only the Skybell TRIM Model, or the Skybell TRIM2 Model Video Doorbell is compatible.
- The HD Cameras can stream Live Video for up to 90-seconds per request. The Skybell TRIM or TRIM2 Video Doorbell can stream for up to 5-minutes.
