How many Tuxedo Touch keypads can a VISTA handle?

The Honeywell Tuxedo Touch and Tuxedo Touch WIFI touchscreen keypads are compatible with nearly all VISTA Series alarm control panels. You will need to set your Tuxedo Touch or Tuxedo Touch WIFI as an AUI device and match it's device address to a matching device address in your VISTA Series alarm control panel. Therefore, the number of Tuxedo Series alarm keypads you can use with your VISTA Series alarm control panel will be determined by how many available AUI device addresses your alarm control panel supports.

The VISTA-15P and VISTA-20P alarm control panels support up to (4) AUI device addresses as long as they have a software revision of 5.0 or higher. If you have an older VISTA-15P or VISTA-20P alarm control panel with a software revision of 3.0 or higher, but less than 5.0, you will only be able to use up to (2) Tuxedo Series keypads. All VISTA-21iP alarm control panels supports up to (4) AUI devices and therefore you can use up to (4) Tuxedo Touch or Tuxedo Touch WIFI keypads with a VISTA-21iP. The VISTA-10P alarm control panel does not support AUI devices and is therefore not compatible with the Tuxedo Touch or Tuxedo Touch WIFI keypads. Also, the VISTA-50P alarm control panel does not support the Tuxedo Touch or Tuxedo Touch WIFI.

With the commercial VISTA Series alarm control panels, the number of AUI devices will vary with the software revision of the alarm control panel, but typically you will be able to use up to (3) Tuxedo Touch or Tuxedo Touch WIFI keypads with your Honeywell commercial alarm control panel. However, the newer VISTA-128BPT and VISTA-250BPT support up to (6) AUI devices.
