This was a panel that i used to have. I upgraded to the L5100 recently, but this panel did a great job while we used it. It was simple, and it got the job done.

I always hated how our panels looked but my husband wanted me to be safe so I put up with it. Once I saw the 6460 I made him replace all 3 panels with these instead. These go much better with my stainless steel appliances.

Love that the Vista-21ip has the internet module built right in. Instead of having to deal with adding an extra device, I just mounted the metal can on my wall and hooked up a Cat-5 from my router. I have all wireless devices so I added the 6160RF keypad also. Great system, highly recommended!

This is a great price for a great keypad. I bought a house that had an older V20P and all doors wired up. I wanted to add some motion detectors so I just replaced the older keypad with a 6160RF. Instead of having to run wire through my walls, the 6160RF has a wireless receiver so I just used Honeywell wireless motion detectors. I added some wireless smoke detectors while I was at it.

Man why didn't they have this sooner? I finally have my house fully hooked up with security and home automation and I control it all from my new iPhone 5! Honeywell really did a great job with the L5100 LYNX Touch.

The weather issue is due to the way that Honeywell had it programmed to use a google API that has been removed. I am too waiting for the weather fix.

I still love the fact that I can arm and disarm my system without TotalConnect.

The Honeywell LT-Cable greatly simplified installing AC power to the unit. Thank you for publishing this information and for providing the ability for us to order the LT-Cable as we were struggling with why the Lynx Touch AC power plug would be packaged with the Lynx Touch unit without a connected power cord. Alarmgrid.com is a great service for DIY customers. Thanks again.

had an old ADT system from previous homeowner's...replaced with V15P and everything is working great now. Thanks to alarmgrid for all the technical support they made it very easy

I had an old Acron alarm system with just 2 zones that no longer worked. Since I only have 2 zones and didn't need any advanced features, I chose the VISTA-10P to replace my Acron. Took me about one hour to change over all the wiring from the Acron to the VISTA and then I replaced the Acron keypad with a 6160 keypad and now I have a working system.

I live in a high rise condo and even though the building is fairly safe, I was worried that the management company was coming into my unit when I was away. I got this kit so that I could monitor whenever somone accessed my front door. Week after I installed it, I came home to a front door alarm on my touchscreen. Now I know they have been in my unit without permission. With that proof I can now fight them over the unathorized access.
