Remember, if you need to put your system on test mode with our central station partner Criticom Monitoring Services (CMS), you should call our number (888) 818-7728, and choose option [9]. If you are an Alarm Grid monitored customer in Canada, and you need to put your account on test mode with Rapid Response, you should call (800) 932-3822.
